Privacy Policy
How CYBER BOOST LLC handles the data you leave through the request form on the KASKAD website: what we collect, why, where we store it, for how long, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
Sections 1–2 · Data and purposes
1. What data we collect
The only place on this website where you leave personal data is the request form on the Contacts page. We process only the information you provide there yourself. The site has no registration, no user accounts, and no hidden data collection.

2. Why we use the data
Processing is limited to the three purposes below. Form data is never used for marketing campaigns and never exported to marketing services.
- Preparing a commercial proposal. Organization, job title, and comment let us price the proposal for your specific task instead of sending a generic price list.
- Responding to your request. We reply by phone or e-mail - whichever channel you specified in the form.
- Arranging a demo. If your comment asks for a demonstration, we agree on a time to show the system in a live environment.
Sections 3–4 · Storage and retention
3. Where the data is stored
- Company servers. Form submissions arrive at and are stored on CYBER BOOST LLC servers. Only the employees handling your request have access to them.
- Never shared with third parties. Data is not sold, not passed to partners, and not exported to external services.
- Never leaves Uzbekistan. Data is not transferred outside the Republic of Uzbekistan; processing is built around the personal data localization requirement (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”, ZRU-547).
4. How long it is stored
Request data is kept while work on your request is in progress. Storage ends when negotiations conclude or when you withdraw your consent (Section 5) - whichever comes first. After that, the request data is deleted.

5. Your rights
Both requests are handled by e-mail at info@kaskad.uz - sent from the address given in your submission, or with confirmation that the request concerns your own data. We confirm completion by a reply message.
- Correction. If the details in your submission are inaccurate or outdated, send the correct ones and we will fix them in your request.
- Deletion. Withdraw your consent to processing - your request data will be deleted and work on the request stopped.
6. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are not used for advertising or tracking. No external analytics - counters, pixels, or third-party statistics scripts - are connected to the site.
