EDMS module · electronic document management
EDMS: every document is registered, moves along its route, and stays under deadline control
The complete registry workflow: registration of incoming, outgoing, and internal documents, resolutions and assignments, execution control with deadlines, a records classification scheme, registers, and printable forms. Signing via digital signature: E-imzo or QES.
Approval routes
A route is defined once - and applies to every document of its type
Sequential, parallel, or mixed - the type is set by the route schema, not rewritten for each document. A rejected document does not stall: it returns to the author with comments.
step 1
Route schema
The route is defined once: sequential, parallel, or mixed - nodes and participants are set by the schema.
step 2
Document type
The schema applies to a document type: registering a card of that type starts approval along its route.
step 3
Approval or return
Comments send the document back to the author for revision; after edits it goes through the route again.
step 4
Digital signing
A separate route node: the approved document is signed with a digital signature - E-imzo or QES.
Classification and acknowledgement
A document is seen by those cleared for its classification level - not by whoever finds the link
Five classification levels and per-employee clearances. Reading is acknowledged with a mark and recorded in the audit log.
Classification levels 0–4
Five confidentiality levels: a level is assigned to a document at registration and sets the required clearance.
Access: level and clearance
A document opens when the employee's clearance is at or above its classification level - not because the file sits in the "right folder".
Acknowledged reading
The employee confirms reading with a mark; the fact, with date and name, is recorded in the audit log.
Full-text search
Search reads file contents - but finds only what is permitted
The full-text index covers registration cards and file contents. Permissions apply to every query - an employee finds only what they are entitled to see.
- By file contents. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text formats are indexed in full: a document is found by a phrase from an attachment.
- By cards. Registration card attributes are searched together with file contents - in a single query.
- Strictly permission-aware. Classification level and clearance apply at query time: a document you cannot access does not even appear in the result list.
- Three languages for interface and help. Russian, Uzbek (Latin), English; built-in help with 35 sections: guidance in the employee's language, without leaving the system.
AI CoPilot
The assistant reads the document for you - and never takes it outside the perimeter
AI CoPilot is built into document work: summaries, translation, answers from content, lead extraction from correspondence. The model provider is configured for your perimeter.
Document summary
A two-paragraph digest: what the document is about and what it asks of you - before you open the full text.
Translation ru / uz / en
Translation of document content between Russian, Uzbek, and English.
Answers from content
Ask in your own words - the assistant answers from the text of the specific document.
Lead from correspondence
The assistant extracts a lead from client correspondence - the data lands in CRM with no manual re-entry.
We will show the EDMS in a live environment
Tell us about your document types and approval procedures - we will tailor the demo to your registry office. The demo takes 40 minutes.
